About
"Thank you to my friends who saw something in me that I didn't see in myself; encouraged me, and believed in me. Thank you to the customers who continue to show their support in what I do. Because of you, I can keep creating my art." - Yuki
Yuki was born in Japan and moved to California in 1998. She been immersed in the world of craft and arts since childhood. She graduated with a degree in fashion design in Japan. Her love for vintage clothing emerged during university as well as realizing that she loved mending existing clothing by hand rather than using machinery.
When she moved to California, she found her dream job mending vintage clothing, hand beading embroidery for repurposed vintaged hats for a well-known Ojai shop called Sam Roberts LA.
Around this time, Yuki fell in love with making pottery and started selling them at Farmer and the Flea in Santa Barbara.
Yuki is excited to offer her passion for handcrafted pottery and mending services to all that appreciate the art that she created by hand.
